FASTING
The purpose of fasting is to obtain accurate blood test results for glucose, cholesterol, triglycerides, and specific ultrasound procedures.

• Please fast for a minimum of eight hours prior to your appointment.
  During the fast, no food or liquids are permitted. However, you may also consume plain water. We will provide light refreshments following your evaluation.
  The average screening lasts between 1.5 and 3 hours, depending on the chosen package.

GENERAL

• Please refrain from taking your regular medications and supplements until the fasting tests have concluded. They are available immediately after the exam.
  The pap smear, urine, and stool tests should be performed on women at least five days before or after their menstrual cycle.

DECLARATION OF ILLNESS
If you feel unwell prior to your screening, please notify our staff by calling our center. Depending on your medical condition, our doctor may require you to adhere to special precautions or postpone your screening.

EYE EXAMINATION

• As part of our screening, we conduct vision tests, so please bring your glasses or contact lenses (if applicable).
  If you wear contact lenses, you must remove them at least 30 minutes before the examination.

ULTRASOUND

• You will be required to consume at least 5 to 6 glasses of water before undergoing a pelvic and abdominal ultrasound. For abdominal ultrasound, eight hours of fasting are required.
  Avoid urinating approximately an hour before the exam.

STRESS ECG (TREADMILL)

• Twenty to thirty minutes are required to complete the treadmill test.
  Please abstain from caffeinated beverages and foods before the exam.
  Stop taking medications such as beta-blockers three days before this test (please check with your doctor before performing this test).
  Please bring your athletic attire and footwear to this test. Due to perspiration during the exam, you are advised to bring a change of clothing.

STOOL COLLECTION

• Collect 1 scoop of stool in the sterile stool specimen bottle, tightly seal the bottle, and bring it with you on the day of your screening.
  Before submitting a stool sample, it should not be stored for more than 12 hours.
  Please ensure that you are not menstruating at the time of urine and stool collection if you are a woman.
  Avoid red meat and iron supplements three days prior to collecting a stool sample.
  Prior to your screening appointment, you may collect a stool specimen bottle from one of our screening centres or GP clinics.

MAMMOGRAM (For Women) (For Women)

• Please refrain from taking this exam if you are pregnant.
  Please schedule your appointment at least one week after your last menstrual period.
  Refrain from applying deodorant, perfume, powder, or cream to your underarms or chest, as these substances may compromise the quality of the mammogram.
  You are encouraged to bring your most recent mammogram films or reports (if available). This will facilitate a more accurate comparison between the previous and most recent mammogram results.
  If you forgot to bring your most recent mammogram films with you on the day of your screening, please submit them to our radiology department within three business days of your examination.

• In ten days, your health screening report will be complete.
